Join our webinar on the role of coaching and leadership in crisis recovery, with guest speaker, Paralympic high jump silver medallist Jonathan Broom-Edwards.

Join Paralympic high jump silver medallist and Para World Champion, Jonathan Broom-Edwards, his coach (and our very own Gateway Lead Performance Coach) Graham Ravenscroft, and other incredible guest speakers for this open workshop on the 3rd March 2021.

The aim of the workshop is to consider how to deal with a crisis and how highly effective leadership, management and coaching should/could support people and organisations during these times.

The event will include a presentation from high jumper, Jonathan Broom-Edwards, who will share his incredible story of how he has overcome some extremely challenging times and set-backs throughout his life and career. This will be followed by some break-out group discussions where attendees will get to share thoughts and experiences of their own challenges and the main areas of focus and learning, in dealing with them.

There will also be a Q&A open forum to finish, to allow attendees to ask the panel of selected guests, questions that have arisen as a result of the event, from previous experiences, or indeed, any other question related to leadership, management, coaching and performance.

Our amazing panel line-up:

Jonathan Broom-Edwards - Paralympic high jump silver medallist and Para World Champion

Lorraine Lewis - Founder and CEO of the award winning charity ‘The Lewis Foundation’

Nick Day - host of the highly popular the ‘The HR L&D Podcast’ and MD of JGA Recruitment Group

Graham Ravenscroft - Lead Performance Coach

We will be holding this as a charity event, charging just £30 per attendee and donating all proceeds to The Lewis Foundation. This amazing charity sources, packages and hand delivers care/gift packages to thousands of adult cancer patients in hospital every month. www.thelewisfoundation.co.uk
