Governance #EMATters at East Midland Academy Trust
Have you got the commitment and desire to work with us to help our children ‘be the best they can be’?
We are looking for people to join our Trust Board and Local Advisory Boards who can bring experience from a wide variety of backgrounds and who will enjoy the challenge of contributing to a diverse and energetic multi-academy trust.
Our trustees and governors play an important role in overseeing the performance of our #EMATter schools. Their role includes:
- Holding executive leaders to account for the educational performance of the school
- Overseeing the financial performance and making sure money is well spent
- Providing ‘friendly challenge’ to ensure high standards are maintained
We are particularly interested in recruiting people with skills and experience in human resources and health and safety, but we would welcome a conversation with anyone who would like to join us.
