We are dedicated to providing a range of events and forums throughout the year to help our members connect, learn and grow.
Our events include panel discussions featuring industry leaders, networking events to help members connect with like-minded peers, summer events to celebrate the season and enjoy the company of fellow members, personal development sessions to help our members develop new skills and knowledge, and more.
In addition to our regular events, we also celebrate important days such as International Women’s Day. This is a special day for us to come together and honour the achievements of women from all walks of life, and to recognize the challenges we still face in achieving true equality.
Whether you are an aspiring entrepreneur, a seasoned professional, or simply looking to connect with other women, we invite you to join our community and become a part of the Women With Vision community. Sign up to our mailing list to stay up-to-date on our upcoming events and activities. We look forward to meeting you!
Immediate Past President, Kevin Rogers said:
“I’m thrilled to see this network launch, not least because I know that an overwhelming number of female members of the Chamber called for it. From our point of view Wilson Browne Solicitors has lived the equality agenda – in an unequal profession – for years. Over half of our workforce is made of women, and at equity level 50% of our partners are women. Half of our Board of Management are women. We were visited by the President of the National Law Society in 2019 – the celebration of 100 years of Women in the Law, and are proud to lead the way. We are not changing, we are the change, yet more needs to be done in wider society and I am proud that the Chamber has embraced the need for such a group in Northamptonshire. These women are leaders in the County and will inspire the next generation. From those I have spoken to already there is a huge appetite for supporting, encouraging and nurturing talent within the County. If you can’t see it, you can’t be it: hats off to the Chamber for shining this light.”
