An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our established Membership team based in our Northamptonshire office.

Membership Account Coordinator
Circa £20K per annum (pro rata 30hrs per week)
+ Benefits + Pension

This is a key role to the organisation; as the successful candidate you will provide our members with a high level of customer experience in being responsible for proactively contacting businesses to ensure our existing Members gain value from the annual subscription.

We are looking for a confident and persuasive communicator with an excellent telephone manner, interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to solve problems. You will need to be self-motivated and able to promote the services of the Chamber. A methodical approach to your work and a customer-focused attitude are also essential.

Previous experience of working in a similar environment is necessary and you must be computer literate with a knowledge of client management systems. Access to transport would be advantageous to fulfill client visit requirements.

This is a part-time role which can be worked over 4 or 5 days per week

Our International Trade team provides a comprehensive and customer lead documentation service to those organisations looking to export their goods Internationally. Due to relocation and planning for succession we are looking to recruit for 2 roles within this team based in our Northamptonshire office.

International Trade Executive

Circa £24k per annum

International Trade Coordinator

Circa £20k per annum

Our International Trade team provides a comprehensive and customer lead documentation service to those organisations looking to export their goods Internationally. Due to relocation and planning for succession we are looking to recruit for 2 roles within this team based in our Northamptonshire office.

The first vacancy is for an International Trade Executive. This role will share the responsibility of distributing the work load amongst the team as well as delivery of the documentation service. In addition to this they will build relationships with customers and external providers in providing solutions for exporters in the county. This role will also be responsible for ensuring data is accurately input into the client management system, invoicing information is processed correctly and will provide Finance with monthly reports.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience of working in an export led environment. You will possess confident communications both written and verbal. A high standard of IT knowledge and an eye for detail and accuracy are essential for this role.

The International Trade Coordinator will be responsible for the processing and delivery of the documentation service. Working with customers on a daily basis dealing with inbound enquiries and ensuring we provide a high level of customer service.

To be successful in this role you will have some experience of working in a fast paced administrative role. Communications skills are important as is attention to detail and accuracy.
