EasyWeb & My HR Club: Supporting those in stand-alone HR roles

EasyWeb have partnered with award winning My HR Hub’s new venture My HR Club; an online community for anyone who works in a stand-alone role and has responsibility for people or HR.

The vision of My HR Club is to create a confidential, professional and fun community to share experiences, ideas and best practice, to ultimately give support to its members.

Stand-alone HR roles can be overwhelming and in small businesses often the responsibility of HR falls to line managers, directors, office managers or personal assistants who often don’t have access to the HR support that larger companies have.

My HR Club has been designed to address these scenarios by providing an affordable and accessible membership offering where they can connect with like-minded people in similar roles.

My HR Club member benefits will include monthly online meet-ups and Q&A’s hosted by a range of My HR Club subject expert partners, access to an online portal of HR documents, personalised coaching and self-awareness psychometrics, employment law updates, concessional rates to a range of other HR products and services, HR workshops and discounted wellbeing and lifestyle benefits from top UK providers. There will also be networking opportunities, social events and an annual 2 night retreat in the Derbyshire Dales.

My HR Club will be open for new members to subscribe online from April with the launch and official Go Live on May Day 2019.
