TC GROUP’S REGIONAL OFFICES NAMED ONE OF THE SUNDAY TIMES BEST PLACES TO WORK 2026

TC Group is proud to announce that its offices in Leicester, Milton Keynes, Northampton, and Southampton have collectively been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026.

Widely regarded as the UK’s benchmark for excellence in organisational culture and employee experience, the recognition celebrates businesses that demonstrate the very highest levels of engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion across their workforce.

The official list has been published online today at https://www.thetimes.com/best-places-to-work and will also appear in the print edition of The Sunday Times this coming Sunday 24 May. It features 567 organisations across industries, including 218 medium-sized businesses, with employers recognised for their performance across key drivers such as reward and recognition, information sharing, empowerment, pride, job satisfaction, and wellbeing.

The accolade is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through The Sunday Times Best Places to Work survey, making it a direct reflection of colleagues’ day-to-day experiences. As well as celebrating success, being named on the list strengthens employer brand, supports talent attraction and retention, and reinforces the link between employee experience and sustainable business performance.

Zoe Thomas, Editor of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work, said:
“In an evolving world of work Britain’s leading employers are helping staff forge careers that count today – and in the future. In turn, the Best Places to Work have the resilience to weather the current economic storms baked in, thanks to engaged workers who go above and beyond with a smile. The thread joining them is the belief that a happy workforce is a stepping stone to better performance, faster growth, and bigger profits.”

Chris Dell, Partner – Head of Brand, Creative & Culture at TC Group, added:
“We’re over the moon to have been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026. This isn’t a typical award entry – it holds incredible significance and reputation, and shares the story of the culture our people help shape every single day. As a Senior Leadership Team, we’ve always been committed to doing things ‘the right way’, not the easy way, creating an environment where people feel safe, supported and able to thrive in their careers. This outstanding achievement belongs to each and every member of our team. It’s a very proud moment for all of us.”

Stephen Watts, Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer, TC Group, said:
“This is a fantastic achievement for our Leicester, Milton Keynes, Northampton and Southampton offices. To be named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 is something we’re delighted to achieve, and what makes it even more meaningful is the strength of our people’s feedback behind it. The survey results demonstrate we’re performing significantly above industry and global benchmarks in a number of areas when it comes to employee engagement.”

The firm’s listing among the UK’s top employers reinforces TC’s ongoing commitment to investing in its people and building a culture of excellence, centred on collaboration, personal progression and wellbeing, all underpinned by its core values: Distinctive, Inclusive, Valuable, Courageous, Caring, and Progressive.
