We are very proud of our new first aid portal and the feedback from our customers says that you are happy too.

Our portal now sits on our website so that first aiders can view their bookings (past and future), their qualifications and download a pdf of their certificates. We have loads of resources on the portal to help the first aider to embed the knowledge that they learned on their first aid course. These include videos and quizes and are very interactive.

The company reps who book first aiders onto courses can, if they prefer, book by our portal. They too can see a list of all their first aiders’ qualifications and their expiry dates. It’s a great way to keep a track on your qualified first aiders and ideal to make sure that you remember to refresh their qualifications.
