Franklite is one of the leading innovators in high-quality decorative lighting. Working with architects, lighting consultants, interior designers, M & E consultants and distributors for the commercial, retail, hospitality and residential markets throughout the UK, Europe, Middle and Far East.

We are expanding the Projects Department and now recruiting for a Purchasing Coordinator to work within the team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and highly committed person to join The Company as a Purchasing Coordinator.

The role of the Purchasing Coordinator is be:
· Communicating with potential and existing suppliers.
· Maintain relationships and manage the order process with suppliers.
· Use database to manage stock levels & costings.
· Maintain data within the system and help to scope and implement changes.
· Supporting and contributing to the development of The Company’s processes.

Essential skills and experience required for the Purchasing Coordinator:
· To be confident, proactive, and hands-on approach to work.
· To have a background of working in a similar role for a minimum of 3 years.
· XRM/CRM experience is desirable.
· Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Have the ability to multi-task.
· Microsoft Office Professional experience essential, especially Excel.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident telephone manner.
· Be flexible to assist in ad-hoc tasks.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-driven individual to join the Franklite project team to support the development and continued growth of the company.

The Regional Sales Manager for the Home Counties and East of England will take the day-to-day responsibility for liaising with the specifiers, retailers, project facilitators and distributors. To assist with the implementation of the sales and marketing strategies of Franklite.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an expanding and innovative environment within the lighting industry.

Key Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager for the Home Counties and East of England include:
· Full sales and territory management responsibility.
· Work with existing dealers and cultivate new business to promote Franklite products through specification and retail channels
· Perform sales presentations, product demonstrations, training and seminars
· Visit project sites.
· Work in conjunction with other members of the internal and external sales teams to ensure company success for larger projects.
· Participate in domestic and international exhibitions

Personal Qualities of the Regional Sales Manager for the Home Counties and East of England:
· You will have a passion for sales, be energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed. You will preferably have experience of the lighting industry.
· You must be driven & motivated, enjoy working as part of a team and excel at working in an external environment to tight deadlines.
· Ideally based within the territory.

Essential skills required:
· Full driving licence.
· Ability to listen and comprehend the customers’ requirements.
· Ability to identify unique selling points and apply a consultative sales approach
· Task management – arranging appointments, meeting deadlines and concise reports.
· Personable – able to build positive relationships at all levels and with all types of people.
· Experience and knowledge of CRM systems is very desirable.
· You must have the ability to use your own initiative
· Excellent spoken and written English.

Salary & benefits:
