We are thrilled to announce that Rachel Collar, the Founder of Haus of HR, has been selected as a finalist for the prestigious Woman Who Achieves Solopreneur Awards 2023.

Rachel’s journey with Haus of HR has been profoundly shaped by a pivotal moment two years ago – her husband’s heart attack on the eve of their first wedding anniversary. This wake-up call led her to make a bold decision – leaving behind her two-decade corporate HR leadership career to become an HR and leadership coaching consultant.

Launching Haus of HR and Haus of Coaching allowed her to pursue her passion for HR and people development while staying true to her values. This journey tested her resilience like never before, and she found a new way to embrace her HR passion while cherishing the relationships and experiences that matter most.

Rachel is deeply grateful for the incredible support from family, friends, her team, former colleagues, clients, partners and suppliers.

The countdown has begun, and Rachel is now preparing for her award interview, followed by the awards lunch on 5 October at the Draycote Hotel. She looks forward to celebrating with other remarkable women in business and the inspiring Sandra Garlick.
