Cranfield University is to host a series of events as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week 2022.

Starting on November 14, the week-long event is organised by the University’s Bettany Centre for Entrepreneurship and will celebrate its history of entrepreneurship education and empowerment.

Speakers include Cranfield alumni Nick Jenkins who founded the personalised greeting card retailer Moonpig.com.

Dr Stephanie Hussels, Director of the Bettany Centre for Entrepreneurship at Cranfield University, said: “We have the unique position of being a vibrant campus full of innovation and technology. Many of our alumni have gone on to create highly successful businesses, and our academic expertise in this area creates an entrepreneurial heart at the centre of Cranfield University. I’d encourage any aspiring entrepreneurs to join us for Global Entrepreneurship Week to develop networks, skills and further understanding of how to accelerate their business ideas.”

Global Entrepreneurship Week is an open event for Cranfield University staff and students, alumni, local businesses, and aspiring entrepreneurs.
