Following the success of the inaugural Onside networking event featuring former football manager David Pleat, MK Dons are delighted to announce former England international rugby player Chris Ashton as the next guest speaker. The event will take place at Stadium MK on Tuesday 27 January 2026, ahead of the MK Dons v Bristol Rovers fixture.

Chris Ashton is widely regarded as one of the most prolific players in Premiership Rugby history and remains the all-time leading try scorer in the competition.

During the Onside session, Chris will share insights from his remarkable sporting career, including his transition from elite professional athlete to television presenter. He will also offer a unique perspective on the business of rugby and explore how it compares and contrasts with the world of football.

The Onside event provides a relaxed and engaging networking environment for local businesses, combining high-profile speakers with premium matchday hospitality.
