Accountants Hillier Hopkins announces two new principals

Accountants Hillier Hopkins has today announced the promotions of James Johnson and Gary Wong to Principal.

The promotions take effect from 1 April 2022, with Hillier Hopkins now having 16 principals and 200 staff across its offices in Watford, Milton Keynes and London.

A trusted adviser to entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses in Milton Keynes, James Johnson has been at the heart of the Buckinghamshire business community for more than 21 years. He brings to businesses the knowledge and guidance they need at successfully addressing all the challenges faced whatever stage of growth and development.

Commenting on his promotion James said: “Entrepreneurs and family-owned and managed businesses need advisers who bring a wide range of in-depth knowledge together with the understanding of their business and the challenges they face.

“For more than 20 years I have been helping businesses grow and flourish. Hillier Hopkins is the home to ambitious and family-owned businesses in Milton Keynes and I am thrilled to continue my career as a Principal at the firm.”

Gary Wong joined Hillier Hopkins in 2019 bringing with him 18 years top-flight audit experience from Grant Thornton, Deloitte and RSM. He represents businesses of all sizes across a wide range of industry sectors as well as having significant experience with international and AIM listed companies.
