Is recruitment and employee retention a constant challenge to growing your business?
Identifying and solving challenges faced by your business is key to its growth – whether your goals involve venturing into new markets, embarking on new product development, cost reduction, skilled employee recruitment, or gaining insights into the impact of environmental issues. This UKSPF programme will provide that much needed support, enabling you to strategically move your business forwards while effectively managing the day-to-day issues.
UKSPF is a central pillar of the UK government’s Levelling Up agenda and provides £2.6 billion of funding for local investment by March 2025. The Fund aims to improve pride in place and increase life chances across the UK investing in communities and place, supporting local business, and people and skills. This programme will give a boost to local businesses who operate within the Central Bedfordshire and West Northamponshire footprint.
