Al’s Pals is a local cancer support charity supporting cancer patients and their families with emotional support in hospital and at home. Our services are one of a kind and we can assist at any time throughout the individuals cancer regardless of diagnosis and prognosis

We have big news….we are celebrating this year with a ‘Touch of red’ Gala Ball. This Gala Ball is a celebration of us supporting thousands of cancer patients these past 5 years.

We would love for you to come and celebrate with us on Friday 7th November 2025 at Hotel La Tour in Milton Keynes. Come along as an individual, a couple, a team or even as a table and you will celebrate and receive:

We will NOT be doing this again next year and our Gala Balls are only for special occasions and our 5th Birthday is definitely something to celebrate.
