Women over the age of 50 are the fastest-growing demographic in the workplace. At this stage in their careers, women are often at their most successful, productive and experienced. Yet it’s in the workplace where many people struggle most with menopause symptoms, and many women end up reducing their hours, passing up promotions or leaving their jobs altogether.
That’s why the Workplace Health team are proud to be collaborating with Wellbeing of Women to launch a new and innovative menopause in the workplace training programme for workplaces employing up to 250 staff who are based in Milton Keynes and Bedfordshire.
The workshops are for women AND MEN of all ages and in all sorts of roles.
The FREE training shares individual stories of women’s experiences of the menopause in the workplace, viewed in Virtual Reality headsets.
The interactive sessions cover
– what is the menopause?
– the range of possible symptoms
– how it might affect your employees
what you and your organisation can do to help.
There are two free places available for each organisation and places are limited so book your place today!
