Title: International Women`s Day 2026 – How do we #Give to Gain?

Venue: Terrace Suite, Wicksteed Park, Kettering, NN15 6NJ

Description: International Women’s Day 2026: #GiveToGain

When organisations give with purpose, everyone benefits.

International Women’s Day 2026 calls on businesses and institutions to help accelerate gender equality through strategic generosity and meaningful collaboration.

The #GiveToGain campaign underscores the power of reciprocity in driving sustainable impact. When companies invest in women—through resources, opportunity, advocacy, and support—they strengthen talent pipelines, enhance innovation, and build more resilient economies.

Giving is not a cost; it is a multiplier. Advancing women’s participation and leadership creates measurable gains for workplaces, communities, and society at large. Whether through funding, policy commitments, education and training, mentoring, inclusive infrastructure, visibility, or time, every action contributes to a more equitable, productive, and interconnected world.

Join us at the Women With Vision International Women’s Day panel event at 12:15 – 13:15 on 19th March 2026 at Wicksteed Park. With keynote and panel host, Rachel McGrath CEO of Northamptonshire Community Foundation.

Rachel will open the event with a keynote speech on the power of purposeful giving to accelerate gender equality. Drawing on powerful local stories and strategic insight, Rachel will show how investing in women and girls strengthens leadership, drives innovation, and builds resilient communities. Through the lens of the International Women’s Day theme #GiveToGain, she will challenge businesses and institutions to recognise giving not as a cost, but as a catalyst for growth demonstrating that when women thrive, communities prosper and everyone gains.
