The BCC AI Academy helps you turn tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Claude into useful support for your everyday work. Whether you’re getting started or already using AI, you’ll learn through practical assignments tailored to your role and business.

Developed by the British Chambers of Commerce in partnership with PAIR, the Academy is available to Milton Keynes businesses, with a reduced price for Chamber members.

You might have tried AI to write an email, summarise a document or come up with ideas. But knowing what else it can do, and how to get reliable, useful results, can take more guidance.

The Academy gives you a structured way to develop those skills. You’ll explore how AI can support the tasks you already handle, helping you identify where it could save time, improve your work and make everyday processes easier.

For business owners, that could mean reducing time spent on administration. For marketing teams, it could mean developing content and planning campaigns more efficiently. For colleagues in finance or operations, it could mean making better use of information and simplifying routine work.

The focus is on applying what you learn to your own working day.

Your business has its own priorities, and your team members have different responsibilities. Their training should reflect that.

When you join the Academy, you’ll enter your role and company website. The platform uses this information to suggest relevant focus areas, which you can edit, and personalise your assignments.

That means a marketing manager, finance colleague and operations lead can work through the programme with exercises relevant to their individual roles.

You’ll develop your skills through practical tasks and personalised feedback, helping you understand how to apply AI to the work in front of you.

Each licence gives one person 12 months of access to the PAIR learning platform, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
