Grow with Confidence – Help to Grow: Management Returns This April

The Help to Grow: Management course, delivered by the University of Bedfordshire’s award-winning Business School, is returning this April to support SME leaders in boosting productivity, unlocking investment, and driving sustainable growth.

Starting on 8th April 2026, this executive-level programme runs over 12 weeks and is 90% funded by the UK Government, with a standard participant fee of just £750. But, if you register by 23rd March, you can benefit from the University’s bursary, reducing the cost to £200 + VAT, subject to eligibility.

Designed to work around the demands of busy business leaders, the course combines online learning with in-person sessions held at the University’s scenic Putteridge Bury campus. Participants benefit from expert-led training, one-to-one business mentoring, peer networking, and access to a vibrant alumni community.

This practical programme equips SMEs with the tools to innovate, improve performance, and lead with confidence. To be eligible, businesses must be UK-based, have been trading for over a year, and employ between 5 and 249 people. Organisations from all sectors are welcome, and those with 10 or more employees can enrol two senior leaders.
