Rachel Collar, Founder and Managing Director of Haus of HR and Coaching, has been named Business Woman of the Year (Gold Winner) at the SME Northamptonshire Business Awards 2025. The prestigious ceremony was held at cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens on 1st May, celebrating the brightest entrepreneurial talent across the county.

Rachel was recognised for her outstanding leadership, business growth and unwavering dedication to supporting people-first HR and coaching solutions for SMEs across the UK. Her businesses, Haus of HR and Coaching, were also awarded Silver in the Towcester Business of the Year category, highlighting their strong local presence and continued innovation.

Founded in late 2021, Haus of HR quickly established itself as a dynamic HR consultancy helping organisations build strong, supportive, and high-performing teams. Through its sister brand, Haus of Coaching, Rachel and her team also deliver executive coaching and leadership development to support personal and organisational transformation.

Speaking about the award, Rachel Collar said:

“Winning Business Woman of the Year is an incredibly proud moment and a huge honour. It’s a reflection of the amazing journey I’ve been on and the heart and soul poured into both Haus of HR and Haus of Coaching. Running your own business isn’t always easy, but it’s absolutely worth it. I’m so thankful to my fantastic team, our clients and everyone who has supported me along the way.”

Rachel’s recent recognition doesn’t stop at the regional level. She has also been shortlisted as a Finalist for Business Woman of the Year in the upcoming SME National Business Awards, taking place later this year at the iconic QEII in London.

This national nomination places Rachel among the UK’s most inspiring and accomplished female entrepreneurs. It recognises not only her commercial success, but also her commitment to empowering others through ethical leadership, inclusive workplace practices and a modern, people-centric approach to HR.

The recent accolades come during a period of exciting growth for Haus of HR and Haus of Coaching, which have both expanded their client base and team over the past 12 months. Known for their down-to-earth, modern HR support and values-led coaching, the brands continue to gain momentum across the Midlands and beyond.

Rachel added:

“To be recognised on a national level is just incredible. What started as a leap of faith has grown into something I’m deeply proud of. This journey has been built on passion, purpose, and people and we’re only just getting started.”
