Open to both Chamber members and non-members, this session will provide an update on the latest apprenticeship incentives available to employers, as well as the opportunity to learn more about industry placements and how they can support your recruitment and talent pipeline.

Recruitment continues to be a challenge for many businesses, with employers often highlighting gaps in skills, experience and work-readiness when interviewing candidates. This event will create an open forum for businesses to share the barriers they are currently facing, discuss the skills they feel are missing, and explore how apprenticeships, placements and employer support can help bridge the gap.
