Paul Musselle (President)
Founder & Managing Director, Giggabox
With over 30 years’ experience in business across both corporate and small business sectors, Paul established his own company in 2002 and has built this to be a leading creator and producer of visual motion content and broadcast production, serving the corporate and promotional video, online and motion graphics needs of blue chip clients including Vauxhall, Pirelli, Kawasaki, Samsung Electronics and Microsoft, as well as local SMEs alike.
Prior to establishing the business, Paul enjoyed a successful career in the Financial Services sector, holding senior sales management roles within a number of blue chip financial institutions, including merchant banking group Schroders and insurance giant Commercial Union.
His experience across a number of industries and business sectors provides Paul with a solid understanding of the business challenges members face and he is excited by the opportunity to support the growth of Chamber MK and to work in the best interests of its members.
Paul is a family man enjoying all aspects of working life, but also family life with partner Mandy and three children Charlotte (10), Harrison (7) and Harley (5). Paul’s interests include travelling, motor-cycling and skiing and he is also a qualified PADI Advanced Open Water Diver.
Paul Griffiths (Chief Executive)

Paul is Chief Executive of Milton Keynes Chamber of Commerce. He makes sure that the Chamber’s Members have their voice heard at local, regional and national levels and that Members can take advantage of extensive networking opportunities and savings on essential business services. Other responsibilities include maintaining relationships with stakeholders in order to progress regional initiatives and ensure Milton Keynes is one of the best places to do business in the UK.
Paul is a qualified accountant with an extensive business background at senior level, in both finance and general management roles. He has a diverse background covering manufacturing, software development and publishing, hospitality and financial shared services.
Partner, Haywood Mann
Andrew is an executive coach, mentor and business advisor. Following a distinguished career of more than 30 years with major international IT companies, including ICL, EDS and Accenture, he established Haywood Hall Associates in 2008 and Haywood Mann in 2011 as niche consultancies facilitating change and competitive edge for a wide variety ofbusinesses.
Andrew is also Chairman of a local peer advisory group on behalf of Vistage UK, an associate of a City corporate finance firm and is formerly a patron and director of a London-based entrepreneur network.
Owner of The Business-Box
Julie set up her coaching and training company six years ago, delivering executive and business coaching alongside, business skills training to companies.
Before, setting up on her own her career moved from the Royal Air Force, Virgin and UIA insurance. Where she developed her commercial and leadership skills, in 2010 she completed her post-graduate in HR and is CIPD qualified.
Julie is a trustee of The Henry Allen Trust works as a mentor for young people across Beds and Bucks and has been a duel member of Milton Keynes and Northampton Chamber for over five years.
Darren Millis (Vice President)
Partner, Geoffrey Leaver Solicitors LLP
Darren is a Partner at Geoffrey Leaver LLP, a firm of solicitors at the heart of Milton Keynes’ business community. As team leader of the commercial property team, Darren has day-to-day contact with the businesses and entrepreneurs driving Milton Keynes’ successful growth. Darren joined Geoffrey Leaver in January 2014 after 16 years as a solicitor and partner with a Legal 200 firm in Kent. Darren has worked with developers on both local and national level, as well as on the property aspects of corporate and finance deals. He has a wealth of experience in more complicated land acquisition work including options and conditional contracts together with leases and licenses for both landlord and tenant. In his spare time Darren enjoys traveling and walking. As a keen linguist he is currently studying German for business (and leisure !).
Managing Director, Daimler Insurance Services UK Limited
After studying for a Degree in Biology, Doug spent 5 years in the NatWest Bank, then joined Lloyds TSB in their asset finance division specialising in motor finance. Relationship management roles with Mitsubishi and Chrysler soon followed, leading to him becoming MD of Chrysler Finance in the UK in 1997.
Following the Merger of Daimler and Chrysler, Doug joined the newly formed Daimler Chrysler Finance as Director of Chrysler in 2000, becoming Financial Services Sales and Marketing Director for Mercedes-Benz, smart, Chrysler and Jeep in 2003, a role he held until February 2016, when he became Managing Director of Daimler Insurance Services UK Ltd. He is also a Director and Trustee of the Mercedes-Benz Financial Services UK Pension Fund.
He is an active member of the UK Finance and Leasing Association (FLA), being Vice Chair and Chair of its Motor Finance Division and has been a full board member of the FLA since 2003. He also chairs its audit and remuneration committees.
He was elected a Fellow of The Institute of Sales and Marketing Management in 2005.
Doug is actively involved with York House, Stony Stratford, organising days of caring involving over 60 staff members of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services UK in their Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
He lives in Loughton, Milton Keynes and is married with two children.
Director, Grant Thornton UK LLP
Giles has worked within Milton Keynes for over 14 years and is a Director at Grant Thornton. He is a chartered accountant supporting his clients on strategy, governance and compliance. Giles has a particular passion for developing culture in organisations and works with individuals in a coaching capacity – helping them to achieve their personal goals.
In the aftermath of the financial crisis, Giles spent two years working on behalf of the largest six accountancy firms and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales to develop the UK Corporate Governance Code and enhance the role of the accountancy profession.
He is a father of three and in his spare time enjoys a gentle bike ride with his family or reading a good book.
Chief Executive Officer, EMW Law LLP
Joy has been based in Milton Keynes since 2007, but has been working within the Milton Keynes business community since 1998. Joy is a Chartered Management Accountant with an MBA (from the Open University). Joy has a particular interest in the role of culture in business and its relationship and interaction with brand. As a member of both the Strategic and Operational Boards at EMW, Joy is responsible for the overall day to day operational management.
Outside of work, Joy is a keen road cyclist and founded City Pedallers (an MK based business cycling networking club) with Steve Moore at Macintyre Hudson. Joy is a Northampton Saints and Tottenham Hotspur fan.
Managing Director, Visual Identity Creative Ltd
After gaining a degree from the world renowned University of the Arts, Chelsea, Jacqui spent over a decade as a successful designer for a number of agencies in London and the South East including a multi award-winning design consultancy based in Hertfordshire. Over that period Jacqui worked with some of the world’s best-known brands to not only deliver a number of high profile projects but help interpret brand direction, deliver creative concepts and execute a marketing plan.
Jacqui is an experienced Owner/Director, specialising in Brand Development and Ideas Generation for both B2C and B2B markets. She set up Visual Identity with her partner, Jon Newham, in 1989 and has worked in Milton Keynes for over 25 years.
Jacqui has a strong communications with solid background and passion for creativity, ideas generation and concept building. With an extensive managerial experience and a wide range of skills gained over 30 years, she is well organised with a proven experience to manage large projects.
As a supporter of all areas of the creative industry, she believes the interaction between business and the arts can be leveraged to change the perception of MK to the outside world.
