Milton Keynes Chamber’s International Trade Team will be running its first ever 60 Minute Seminar to give exporters an insight into securing different sources of finance for trading overseas successfully.
The free seminar called A Refreshing Look at Finance for Exporters is for companies who are considering the option of exploring the overseas market, and for those already trading abroad but are finding it difficult because of challenges with obtaining finance.
The seminar will be delivered by leading financial specialist Mark Runiewicz, CEO of Trade & Export Finance and will cover:
- Finance for orders – putting in place financial structures for clients
- Advice on getting the right kind of finance for the task
- Finance against letters of credit
- Funding for exports – advice on the best funding options
- The session will provide a refreshing look at financing your exports.
It is being run exclusively for Chamber members from 8am to 9am on Monday 21 October by its sister Chamber: Northamptonshire Chamber at Waterside House, 8 Waterside Way, in Northampton and is free to attend.
Brigid Hodgkinson, International Trade Manager, said: “This is a chance for exporters to see the available alternatives to trade and finance options if they are finding themselves frustrated with current methods of accessing finance.
“We want to encourage businesses who are considering the idea of exporting their products or services and for current exporters to think outside the box so they make the leap into the global market a successful one.”
Places are limited to one person per company. To book a place call our Training and Events Team on 01604 490470.
