The region’s leading shopping and leisure destination; centre:mk has today launched a multi-sensory soft play area on Midsummer Arcade near John Lewis.
The soft play area called ‘busy beez’ is in two sections and designed to entertain both younger and older pre-school children. The bee themed ‘play zone’ is a fun techno-free tactile play alternative for parents wanting to allow their children to exercise their imagination; complete with oversized fantasy meadow, giant bee and honey pot tunnel.
Centre Director Kevin Duffy commented “We’re continuously looking to improve our Guests experience at centre:mk and recognise just how important our young family audience is. The investment we’ve made into the new soft play area is a reflection of our aim to entertain guests both young and old alike, and we hope this new play area gives families yet another reason to enjoy a day out here.”
The soft play area opening comes to centre:mk in a year where it has already celebrated the success of winning Sudocrem’s national award for ‘best baby changing facilities’ - making it one of the most family friendly shopping and leisure destinations of its kind.
